Hailing from London, England, She Must Burn erupted from the confides of modern genres and set a new tone for metal as we know it, amassing hordes of followers with their captivating live performances.

With the release of their first EP, a unique sound of beauty and beast exploded, bringing fast attention and resulting in the band being handpicked by black metal giants ‘Cradle of Filth’ to accompany them during the UK leg of their Inquisitional Torture Tour.

In 2017 the band signed with ‘Artery Recordings’, releasing their full length debut in the form of ‘Grimoire’. This saw them embark on a 6 week tour of the USA (alongside Carnifex, Rings of Saturn and Lorna Shore) with the record entering at #6 in the US Billboard Hard Chart. Upon returning to the UK they delivered a highly anticipated performance at Download Festival.

In 2018, founding members, James Threadwell and Frankie Keating united with the talents of Kyle Lamb, Jack Higgs, Valis Volkova and Steve Padley to begin work on what is set to be their most explosive release to date ‘Umbra Mortis’. In 2019 they released their first single ‘Of Blood & Bone’.

Following the single release, in February 2020 She Must Burn played a SOLD OUT headline show at the Black Heart in London.

In 2022 She Must Burn started their album cycle for Umbra Mortis, leading with the video for their track 'Incantation'. The video now sits at 110k views and was incredibly well received from its audience. 

In October 2022 She Must Burn released their album 'Umbra Mortis' which accumulated 34k monthly listeners in the first 48 hours, landing the Official Spotify Deathcore playlist and many others. Since the Albums release, they have accrued 7k Spotify followers (Triple the pre-release numbers) and a 48% increase of total Spotify streams, proving many times over that this is the bands most successful release to date. 

After their album Umbra Mortis released in October 2022 She Must Burn performed a SOLD OUT headline show at the O2 Academy 2 in Islington, London.

In 2023, the band played several headline shows, including headlining the pre show for Incineration Festival in London, Headlining the Second Stage of UK Tech Fest and their own Headline show in London. 

 

SMB released a very well received cover of My Chemical Romances 'Helena' mid 2023 which has accumulated nearly 200k streams across all platforms.

Since 2017, She Must Burn have accumulated over 1 Million video plays and over 3 million streams across their previous releases with over 1 Million streams on their latest album alone.
